1. Definitions

• “Order” means your request to purchase Product(s) placed through the Site.

4. Orders & Pricing

• Order Acceptance: All Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order for any reason, including Product unavailability, errors in pricing or description, or suspected fraud.

• Pricing: Product prices and shipping rates are displayed on the Site and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout where required.

• Currency: All prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

5. Payment

• We accept the payment methods described on our Shipping & Payment page, including Cash on Delivery, bKash, Rocket, and Nagad.

• You authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge the full amount of your Order, including taxes and shipping, using the payment method you select.

• If payment cannot be successfully completed, we may cancel your Order.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping & Payment page for details on shipping rates, courier partner (Pathao), delivery estimates, and tracking. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the address you provided.

7. Returns & Exchanges

We offer exchanges (no refunds) under the conditions stated on our Returns & Exchanges page. Please review that policy for eligibility, process, and exceptions.

8. User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Post or transmit any unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or obscene content.

• Interfere with the operation of the Site or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Order.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Manami Mart, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including attorney’s fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When changes are material, we will notify you by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, via email or a site banner. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Exchanges, and Shipping & Payment pages, constitute the entire agreement between you and Manami Mart regarding your use of the Site.
